My role: Lead Web Developer

My contributions

• Led development of the redesigned website using React and Tailwind CSS.
• Reviewed code, created contributor-friendly issues, and added unit and end-to-end tests.
• Worked with designers to build responsive, accessible interfaces.

Outcomes

• Successfully launched the redesigned website to production.
• Improved application performance by 34% and SEO by 22%.
• Provided mentorship to 30+ developers contributing to the platform.
