My role: Lead Software Developer

My contributions

• Built web features across events, communities, ticketing, subscriptions, and commerce.
• Developed a Go backend with 120+ documented REST operations and transaction-safe Firebase workflows.
• Implemented Stripe marketplace payments and fault-tolerant Hatchet workflows.
• Set up Docker-based CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Cloud Run.

Outcomes

• Improved frontend performance by 23%.
• Improved website SEO by about 16%.
• Supported reliable production workflows for payments, ticketing, memberships, notifications, and revenue sharing.
