Project purpose

Data Law Companion uses a large language model to make data protection laws more accessible in Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda. The platform is intended for people seeking to understand data protection in these countries, with a focus on making legal information easier to access.

My contributions

• Built and maintained the responsive Progressive Web Application using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Developed the frontend experience for accessing AI-assisted data protection guidance.

Outcomes

• Successfully launched the application to production.
• Delivered a responsive web and mobile experience for accessing data protection information.
